Principal Test Engineer, Permanent
Huddersfield, West Yorks

Our client requires a Principal Test Engineer at their Huddersfield site.

Reporting to the Laboratory Operations Manager you will be required to lead the development and standardisation of effective test procedures.

You will support product development teams with specialist knowledge in test methodologies and the development of test plans and will work with lab technicians to improve capability to perform testing in a timely and professional manner.

You will possess a qualification in Engineering or Applied Science Degree or equivalent and ideally be Six Sigma Greenbelt certified with a working knowledge of diesel engines.

You are required to have demonstrable experience in test methodology and procedures, using electrical testing equipment.

Salary negotiable, depending on experience.
