Collections Co-ordinator, Permanent

Our client requires a Collections Co-ordinator. Experience required:

  • Telesales experience desirable but not essential.
  • A pleasant and confident phone manner is very important..
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office desirable.

Our client mainly uses in-house systems, but a certain amount of confidence when dealing with IT and inputting data is required. The role is approx 60% phone work and 40% admin.

This is a soft sales role which does include an amount of time solidly making marketing calls. Our client's expending recycling department currently has 8 members of staff and runs recycling programmes for clients such as major charities, high street retailers and supermarkets. The aim of the phone call is to encourage more organisations to recycle printer cartridges for the benefit of various charitable organisations.

Administration duties include data inputting and order processing. Targets are set in place for individuals but candidates must have the ability to self-motivate.

The role has the possibility of expanding to an account manger role, being solely responsible for the progression and expansion of a single scheme.
