Our client is looking for a Principal Civil Structures Engineer (Chartered Engineer) to be based in their office in Southeast London. The position is within the rail business but will also support their buildings and infrastructure team, as required.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in the rail sector in the following areas:

• Over, under and footbridges
• Retaining structures
• Culverts and crossings
• Earth structures and foundations

Previous employment or experience of working with NWR Southern Area, marine and river structures, contract administration and ICE forms of contract and business development experience would be an advantage.

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
